Default accupunture?

Hi All,
Have any one use accupunture for your RSD? What is your experience? Did you find that helpful? I had recently tried a few session of accupunture for my pelvic pain. I found it not only lessen my pelvic pain but also the RSD pain. Can the needle go into the RSD affected area?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated?
