I hope that you will be blessed with number three babe if you choose to go ahead. I have six but all were born before my RSD happened nearly 12 years ago. I can't imagine having less than 6 although at times it is pretty full on. I do do admire the mums who do manage to include pregnancies into their RSD existance. I am sure that the positives must outweigh the negatives.

Just want to talk about your comment that the pain killers do not cross the placenta, I have been an OB/GYN nurse practitioner as part of my career and they certainly do cross over.
Anything that affects your blood in turn affects the foetus.
I have looked after many neonates who have been affected by maternal use of opiates, whether it be for legitimate or illicit use. Often babies are born with awful drug withdrawal problems, but more for those of mums who are using the drugs without medical care to guide them through the pregnancy.
I hope the doctor who told you this has not passed on this misinformation to too many mums
