Default Hello

I'm a wc case as well. My case adjuster has been really good. I was still working was just force to turn in my resignation due to the engine in mine and husbands only car blew up. But when I was working my job was changing store managers so they hired a nurse to go with me to my appt. she has been doing everything to help me. The only thing she didn't know about RSD is that it does spread. She tried to tell me it doesn't but I told her I did my research and it does. I'm waiting for an appt to be made for me. Its been a long wait, I saw a general practioner last month asked him if there was anything he could prescribe for the pain he said he couldn't prescribe anything strong enuf. So I have been w/o meds since June. I guess I never did tell my story huh. On March 2, 2008 I was cleaning the soda machine taking the nozzles off, one was stuck and when I pulled harder to get it off my right wrist came down and hit the ice tray at the bottom. I hope you have better luck with doctors than most ppl have. After the doctor I saw after the accident happened couldn't figure out why I was in pain 3 weeks later, he referred me to a bone specialist. The bone specialist diagnosed me with RSD. Then just before my appt in June with him I had a bruise show up on my hand, that I couldn't explain, he said it wasn't cuz of my injury because my RSD should be gone. This was only after 2 weeks of OT, um... NO. So I called my wc case adjuster and the nurse told them I flat out refused to go back to him and they have been working with me since to get the right treatment. Hopefully will get something soon this pain and lack of sleep is killing me. But due to the stress, my whole right arm is in pain along with my right leg. Mostly in my ankle but my whole leg feels like it is on fire and when I walk to long I get shock waves of pain from my toes to my butt. Anyway hope everything goes well for you.
