I've been bounced around in MVehicle accidents a bit. First was T-boned by a tractor/trailer, and that cause RSD, and TOS. (83), then another accident, a lost person blew a stop signed and then, stopped right in front of us. I was the passenger, and braced (should have maybe left it to the seat belt) my head hit the top of the convertible rail. But, my head still cracked the windshield, and herniated two discs in my new and two more in low back. Have been on methadone long term. But the head injury (subdural hematoma) is the worst!
I can't think my way out of a bag sometimes.
I take aricept (an altzheimer's drug) to clear the cobwebs, from my head. I also have the full body rsd pain, TOS upper extremity weakness, and some incredible headaches.

Tell us about your symptoms, Amy?

Default aw sweetie

awww sweetie. I feel your pain. I have had health problems since I have been little. I have cysts on my ovaries, polyps in my uterus, major hormone problems to top that off, I have an eye disease, upon other things. It seems like I am always at the doctors for something. Don't get frustrated as hard as it is... I have been going through it for years and when I got hit with RSD it was like really? Havent I been though enough already? But, the Lord has our lives mapped out, and turn to the doctors that can help you and just take care of it and move forward. I'll send you a pm with my email so you can email me so we can talk... we are the same age, and seems like I have been through alot, and can understand... I am so so so so sorry you have to deal with something else. Just hang in there, and dont lose hope and stay strong, and dont let health problems conquer your day. Find something, one thing in your day to bring you joy to help you escape from all this hun!

I am so sorry for all you are going through. I have RSD and PN plus possible auto immune that has not been dx since I continue to have severe eye and ear pain and problems.
I wish I had answers and relief. I know how hard it is to treat multiple conditions and the mental toll it takes as well. Always wondering what could happen. Do you have family and friend support? Are you under the care of good treatment? If you want an email buddy I am here too. Hang in there

SO sorry to hear about everything you are going through right now, Amy! I really hope you feel better soon!

I've had health issues since I was a baby but they were only diagnosed when I was diagnosed with RSD at 12 years old. I have severe Hypermobility Syndrome. My joints bend a lot further than a 'normal' persons and the HMS has caused me to break bones and tear ligaments easily - PM Doctor thinks this may be why I developed RSD. I have RSD in my left leg, both arms and now possibly back. As a complication of that I have Dystonia (a movement disorder) and POTS. POTS is a blood pressure condition and can cause me to faint a lot!

Docs aren't sure whether I have RSD in my back as I have a condition called Scheurmann's Disease. It causes the discs in my back to herniate and my back is also curved. There's nothing they can do to treat it i've been told !

Just wanted to say you aren't alone and that I and many others on here know how frustrating it is dealing with lots of health conditions. I really wish we didn't have to and that I could relieve each and every single one of your pains!

Take care and feel better soon!
Alison
