I'm on the fentanyl patch and percocet for breakthru. What do you think is the next step in manageing my pain/

I take my ketamine every 3 hours so mine last each time and I have nassa; spray and lossanges so when my nose gets sensitive I use the lozanges. I have only gotten the hallucinations once and thats when the pharmacy used a different kind of water to make it. i know it sounds weird but Iam sensitive so they cant used a certain purified water, the only reason they used a different water the time was because they ran out of the other. But other then that as for me I havent had any issues.
