Default Ada or Claudia (re: Froggy-Paige)

Hey do you remember Froggy, I think her name was Paige, do you all ever hear from her? Is she still around? I was wondering how she was doing. And, also Paige, I can't remeber her user name, but she had kids with RSD. I have wondered how she is doing as well.. Anyone ever hear from any of these "old timers"? LOL

I am sooooo glad to have found you all again..

Love and Hugs,
Janet

Hi Janet,
I have not heard from Paige since she went off of here. We talked every week for a year or so and then when she went off of here she wouldn't return my calls. I know she went off because of the talk when she talked about her kids going to Dr. Hooshmand. I always feel like people have the right to go to any Dr. they want. We all can disagree at times but it just needs to be done in a nice way and not ran into the ground. I miss Paige, we had such good times talking and she is a wonderful person.

I don't remember Froggy but I'm lucky to remember anything. It's funny, I can remember all of you on here but I can't remember the stories on your RSD and family life. I give new meaning to the word Fibrofog.

I also try to read all of the post but I find it hard to stay on here long enough to do it and if it's just going through my eyes and going through the hole in my head then I'm just killing time.

Have a great day,
Ada

Saw your post in reference to Paige and thought that I could offer up an update as recent as about 6 months ago. The oldest boy is off in college and away from home now, the daughter is doing somewhat better and Paige is hanging in there. They did manage to escape Hurricane Katrina so all is well in that regard. I know that she found out that she and both the kids have EDS as well as something called Arnold Chiari (SP?) and that the daughter had surgery for it I think in New York? She also had to have craniocervical fusion but according to Paige she can at least get up out of bed now and that is a good thing.

Monstermash,
Thanks a lot for the update on Paige. I am glad to hear that her son is in college. I know a lady that used to be on the old, old forum that had Chiari and she had told Paige way back then that it sounded as if her daughter had it. I sure hope she is doing well after the surgery for it.

Again, Thank You So Much for the update. If you hear from her again please tell her I said Hi.

Hugs,
Janet

Ohhh let me catch you all up to speed here...

Paige...aka Froggy lives in New Jersey, has a daughter and grandkids in Florida, I talk to her via email sometime, and I will let her know you all asked about her...

the lady with the chiari, is Marilyn....Maridane on the boards...she and I talk frequently, she has been dealing with the loss of one of her great danes, and it broke my heart to hear that, as I to have a great dane, and they become a family memeber..not just a dog...I will let Marilyn know you all asked about her as well.

Paige....with the kids...Lives in Louisianna...or however you spell it...she has the two kids that have RSD and they go to Hoosmand...I've not heard from her, but will email her

Ada, surely I can jog your brain there on who Froggy is She had the lil pom pom dog.....in the email group we had/have....she always sent the huge files ...pictures of her granddaughter, as she didn't know how to resize them down to email small versions. So it always took forever to download her emails (any help?) hehe

Hugs!!

Debbie

Hey Debbie, thanks for refreshing my memory on Paige-froggy, and also on the other Paige with the 2 kids. I know I read where the Paige from Louisiana had moved somewhere else. I would really love to talk to her..

You are so right about the Paige that ent huge pictures, and at the time I was on dial-up so it really took forever to download those monster pics..LOL Does she have more grandkids by now? Actually I was thinking that the last time I even had contact with her she had found out her daughter was pregnant again, or did I dream that? LOL You know I have CRS too..

Missed ya,
Janet
