Heart Ketamine

I just wondered if anyone took oral Ketamine and if so what dose do you take? My Doctor injected Ketamine into my spinal cord whilst I was having the splinting procedure and it took my pain from an 8 out of 10 on the pain scale to about a 5. The effects lasted about 20 hours and then the pain came back.

My PM is looking into prescribing oral ketamine but because of my age and hormones etc he has to get someone to approve it has it isn't licensed for use in children. Ketamine scares the h*ll out of me but if it works i am willing to try it, especially with this pain in my arm ... this is the worse its been

Any info is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hey Alison,

I would have to do some searching on here but I seem to recall that Frogga was using oral ketamine.... I could be wrong... If you have her email or phone number you may want to contact her.

I did a search... here is a link to the posts: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/se...g_searchinfo=1

Ali, I don't take oral ketamine but I use a topical ketamine that helps some. It is made into a cream I rub into my skin. Its not the be all & end all but it does help. The US hasn't come very far with Ketamine treatment yet. I keep hoping they are researching it use.
hugs, Denny
