Hi Mary,
I'm so glad you are seeing the Dr. tomorrow. I'm sure you are miserable. If your fever is connected to your surgery, they surely will know what to do or give you. Hope you get relief soon. Let us know as soon as you feel up to it what they say or do. Will be thinking of you, Loretta

Hi all,

This will be quick. I'm only home for a few hrs before I have to go back to the nursing home. quick story, horrible infection in the battery pack, I was pouring pus out of my side, talked to my dr(woke him up), he sent me to the er, they admitted me, didn't even fill out paper work, had tests, culture, etc, I surgery a few hrs later. they had to remove everything from my body, and leave my side open. It gets unpacked and repacked twice a day, and I'm on a PICC line. Due to not being able to get home health care set up asap, I was sent to a nursing home for treatment until it could be arranged. I'll be sprung tomorrow, and hopefully will be getting better. I will admit that they nite they took me to the nursing home I was so hysterical crying. Didn't want to be there. It smells and is so depressing. I can't believe this all has happend to me. I'll post more tomorrow when I get home and settled in.

Hugs
Mary
