Hey Frogga
Like LisaM I had never heard of oxo either until reading about it on here. What are the ingredients in this gravy type stuff? LOL I'm like LisaM, a gravy that you drink just don't sound yummy..LOL:D
|
LOL it's English...
It's basically stock cubes which you add to hot water - sort of similar to Bovril (do you drink that?) It is SOO yummy - nice taste! and you can dissolve stuff in it when it hurts too much to eat...... mum did a great gravy and potato smoothie.... yum yum yum... (like having a roast dinner but in drink form - I couldn't eat solids for about 6 months). try it! SO yummy (and 13 calories a mug :P - still trying to remove gabapentin weight - 3 YEARS on) Rosie xxxxxx |
hi
i'm new to this forum. i've had this dreaded RSD for almost 2 years now. at first i was on a heap of medication and massive dosis as well. neurontin i was on 1800mg per day. with that the trepaline as well as all the different types of painkillers, morphine included. after a year of this i decided enough was enough i was not going to take all this chemical stuff so i stopped taking them. i still take painkillers but since not taking all this stuff i am not so fatigued. i suffer a lot of pain don't get me wrong. but i've conditioned myself to realise that i'm going to have this for a long time. i still have periods where i am so totally exhausted i will sleep for 2 days in a row. and i let myself sleep. it doesn't matter that it's 2 solid days just do it you will feel the difference afterwards. :) |
