Hi Jo55,

Thanks for the information, I will look up the information on lowering cholesterol. My husband is on cholesterol meds. very low dose. I have never had high ch., but have high blood pressure due to RSD and take it often. Sometimes the bottom drops out and goes way down. passed out once.

I'm sorry you have RSD. I've always enjoyed your messages, Thank you. I gained weight while on very high dose of neurotin 3200 mg. and I'm sure eating more out of depression and no exercise. That is over now for the most part. Switched to Lyrica, and going down on meds gradually. Down to 150 mg of Lyrica . So far the electric jolts, jerks, spasms etc haven't come back. They were dailey and nightly. I've lost 15 lbs. YEAY

Jo, I grew up in Oregon. Lived there 40 years. Eugene. My daughter and I loved to ski Mt Batchelor, The Willamette Pass, Oakridge. and water skiied several lakes. We still have our boat, it hasn't been in the water for 3 years going on 4. Maybe this summer we'll toole around. Or at least our daughter and son in law will take it out again.

How are you doing with your RSD? Isn't the climate really hard on you. I got RSD following breast biopsy surgery 12 years ago, but didn't know it for 4-5 years. We have since moved to Arizona. (we followed our daughter) she went to school here.

How did you get RSD and how long? My Dr. is building 2 clinics here and putting in hospital grade HBO Chambers. Having a great Dr. is wonderful with this terrible disorder.
Take care, Loretta Jewell
