Confused Case evaluation today it went great!

Hello Everyone

I been really busy getting ready for my Case evaluation today,
well there where 3 Lawyer's and mine and my Auto Ins Co's Lawyer there
both sides got to say there say, and the 3 Lawyer's linson to them, and they all agree with us, that I should be paid, back, all money's to pay bills and so on
and I should get my Auto Ins Co Benny's back! even my Lawyer did not expiate to get all the money he came up with,

now they have 28 days to say yes or no to this, but I think that all 3 are for us, this looks good,,,, that if we do have to go to court and have a jury,
most likely the jury will find in are faver if the Case evaluation Lawyers all agreed with us,,,,
I am still not sure what all this really means, but I sure hope it means I can start going to a good Dr, and in to a rehab place, soon!
but if anyone knows anything about what this all means please let me know,

thank you,
Peace
Gisele
PS did I just win?

Hi Gisele,

It sounds good! Just curious, will they leave your medical expenses open for future bills, and what if you have spread like so many of us have had and are unable to work? What happens to future earnings that you won't be able to receive from employement?
I got RSD the day after breast biopsy., But it was diagnosed for 4 years and didn't go full body till the following yearr 5th year. There is a huge difference in my health from now(12 years from surgery) I'm not able to work and on expensive meds. Have gone to the hospital twice, once icu for 4 days. Just some questions, not to cause any discouragement, Yes, it does sound very positive. Just know treatment and meds and lack of being able to work for some of us, is ongoing. You deserve compensation. Take care, Loretta

WOW Loretta
I am so sorry I did not get a message that I got a reply on this posting

I am on SSD and SSI and yes, my Lawyer told me that, if they say yes to this offer, then we start billing them again, but with SF they love to play games with you, like lie and deny,
when they cut me off no one knew I had RSD, and my 1st symptoms of RSD was 3 days after my car crash, my right thumb was on FIRE and my neck was in spasm all to the right and all the way down my r arm same as my thumb I was crying like a little baby, balling is more like it, 100% freaking out for one I was over 600 mils from home and everything I own was in my truck that was some place I did not know where, and with a family I never met, and injured and my only way out was smash up and my cell phone was still in there, so I had no way of calling anyone, all my friends phone # where in there, and with cells,
I do not know everyone's # by heart, my mom and dads # I did know, and called them, then it took SF 10 days to get someone out there to look at my truck, 10 days I had full coveage and never late payment or a claim no tickets nota thing on my record, I kept telling everyone that same burning feeling was going here and there, and then more things happen, and so on, and we also had a before MRI
and just after, of my neck and back, all good, then about 3 mouths later they did a MRI and there it was hurn disk's C4C5C6C7 all to the right, I was hit on the drivers side, where I was, and I was going 50 mph she was going at least 35 to 40 mph and that lady that hit me was 100% at fault, and her Ins Co paid 100% of her limits with only her and my depo
but I would not of took that, if I knew I had RSD, only maybe 2 mouths after we settled did I find out, I just thought I needed surgery and PT and that was about it, and SF said no to everything some Dr wanted me to do besides PT and that ended due to I was not getting any better about any medical expenses they are going to be open, My Lawyer told me that, if they say yes to this offer then I just start having my bill sent to them but SF loves to play games , and will not pay on time or at all, and so on, so we are going to keep taking them back to court to cover things, the just sent me back to a IME Dr, to see if I do have RSD, that is what I just posted about,

I would of never moved in to my new home, I would of stayed in my little apt,
and the 1st time I seen someone for it, well I was already full body,
here is a link to pics I hope I can do that? if not sorry
http://flickr.com/photos/rsdcrps/show/with/3132061607/
my arm did that just after I had blood work done, that is how my pain Dr, came out and said what he thought all along, that I had RSD but he really could not say that, he is a pain Dr, not an MD but he knows what it was
he was keeping a close eye on me, and never gave up on me,
we now do are visits over the phone,
getting off track here sorry, but I just posted about my IME Drs apt,
and in there I talk about my arm, but this is what it looks like,
it took about 3 years for a DX ,
I have an RSD Dr, ready to treat me as soon as I get my bennys back
medicare will not cover auto, so I been with out med for over a year now
and I am home bound in a bed 23 hrs a day,

again I did not see that someone replied to this till now,
sorry
I am sorry to hear you are full body, I am just learning everything,
thank you
Peace
Kelly
