Heart please send this lady your payers , going to Mexican in the morning coma treatment

Hello Everyone

I am asking for everyone to please take a look at this, [contact poster]
I guess I can not add the link for this young lady that has done so much for RSDers
if you would like to get the link PM me, the site is set up to sign in to it, like a photo site page,

This is Andrea she is going to Mexico to be put in to a coma (Jan 29th she is flying out)
Just like Ali she got RSD at the age of 13 she is now 26 and has gone to Germany in 2004, for the coma treatment, she had 9 weeks of pain free
(I talk with her about it and she said she did so much in them 9 weeks
)
I can not even imagine what that would be like, I am 44, I had a good life, and lots of fun but being so young and not able to be a young teen and do what kids and teens do, well, that is just so hard to take in, and then it came back her family and her set up this care page for her
I hope that everyone will take the time to check it out and please sign it for her wishing her and her family the best
So when she is feeling better she can go and see that we do care

A little bit about Andrea, she went on to College, instead of just not doing anything, she started a non-profit to help outer, with RSD, she has put all her time in to helping outer. even in so much pain, she has full body also,
She is not going to stop her non-profit when she get's back . that is her life work, and she is good at it,
Her non-profit has given money to family's that needed help,

Her mom is going to keep us posted on how she is doing so we can peek back in from time to time,

Thank you

Peace

please can we show Andrea that we are pulling for her,

Thanks for the notice. Having full body RSD for 20 years this July, I certainly understand trying whatever it takes takes, going wherever, and doing what is neccessary to find pain relief.
My first HBOT I flew to Canada and I would have went to the ends of the earth.
Also, I'd like to take the time to applaud her efforts on our behalf!!!! May God bless her on her journey today and always. Diana
I'll pm for the link and thank you again. Di

Up Date on Andrea just got a message from her mom
here is what she has to say
on top of RSD Andrea had to have open heart surgery,

It is now Friday evening and we just met with Dr. Cantu again. Things have changed a bit. Because of Andrea's heart valve she will not be going into the coma on Sunday. She will be going into a regular hospital room so her INR (blood counts)can be managed. Because she is on oral Coumidin and that is very hard to manage they need to switch her to iv heparin which they can stopped and started as needed.

So everything will be pushed back 2-3 days. We are now looking at the coma on Tuesday or Wednesday. It will also mean more time in the hospital after the coma to switch her back to coumadin.

We are very happy that they will be taking such good care of Andrea. We are disappointed about a longer wait but it is very important.

I am so sad for her, but they are taking very good care of her,

also update on the lady that was in Germany that got Mersa 2 days in to her coma treatment, they got her back home yesterday!

Peace
Kelly

Thank you Pauliana

Andrea had open heart surgery a few years back,
that is why she is so spacial on top of everything she went on to do something good, and not just do nothing and at such a young age, this all happen to her, I am 44 and this is kicking my butt, not sure how kids can do it,
I feel so bad when I hear about kids having this, it brakes my heart,
well for anyone,

But to know Andrea, like I got to know her, she is a fighter, like so many of us,

thank you again
Kelly

Update on Andrea,

At 5pm today they finely where able to put Andrea in to the coma, they ran in to a bit of things that they had to make sure that she would be ok,
so it went from last Sunday to this morning, and at 5pm, they where able to get everything taking care of, she looks so peaceful, Andrea let her mom and dad take photos and post them on the care site they set for her,
if anyone wants to send the family best wish's please PM me and I will make sure to get you the site,

Peace and thank you,
Kelly
