I have been taking Pycnogenol for about a month now and I do think it is helping with the stinging in my feet and hands...I have been taking 50mg 2x a day- Its not helping with the other problems of RSD but it may be worth a shot...

Debbie, I'm reading up on this now...can you tell me if you've experienced any stomach problems, or if you have checked to make sure the type of pyco you are taking is the RIGHT kind? Like...the pure kind? I haven't figured out yet what they are talking about, but I'm reading that the pyco marketed here in the US is not the pyco that they are stating does all this "good." Did you get your hands on "the good stuff?" (Gee....sounds like I'm talking about some illegal drug when I say that, doesn't it! LOL!)

Debbie,
That is great news. I may have to start taking it again. It has been so many years since I took it, but at the time was taking it for Fybromyalgia. I don't remember why I stopped, but it was probaby because I am so horrible about taking pills. I have to take my methadone or the pain reminds me to take, but with vitamins, and anything else I am just horrible about taking stuff, but this may be worth a shot again. Keep us posted and good luck to you.. Janet |
