Default Detox Strategy

Hi Roz,

Couldn't sleep last night so I put on the TV. PBS was running a program with Brenda Watkins the author of "The Detox Strategy" she has some very interesting things to say about the choices we make in every day life and how it affects our health.

I started a thread about systemic enzyme support that I think will be of interest to you too. There I posted a link to an article that describes how systemic enzyme support can help maintain a healthy immune system, healthy blood flow and circulation, healthy joint function as well as reduced muscle pain after exercising. Let me know what you think.

Hope you are well today.
