let's hear it for advice from the gang!...when i asked for instructions on how to use a cane, y'all gave me the info i needed.......i've been to physical therapy twice this week and the therapist says that everything i'm doing is exactly right....the only thing she added was how to use the cane on the 'wrong' side when my left arm is bad.
so thanks again, all of u!

artist,
she loved the giraffe from a style point of view, but not from a safety point of view....i'm not allowed to use it till i get proficient with a standard cane, because the grip is a bit odd compared to a 'normal' cane......so i bought a 'regular' cane......if one decorated with very colorful (oh, all right - gaudy) butterflies can be called 'regular'. i may be disabled, but i'll be darned if i'll be drab! liz |
