It seems like every night there's something. It's either anxiety or pain or a host of other more subtle things or symptoms. Most of the time codeine (tylenol 3) will take care of pain enough that I can get to sleep but this doesn't even touch RSD pain so then I use tramadol. I have some medication to take in an emergency and sometimes the things keeping me awake rise to this level.

My biggest problem is a very fine tremor that I can hardly even feel but when it gets going I won't fall asleep. Tizanidine is automatic and usually supresses this. If I'm just wound up a half an asperine can help. If I can't identify a specific problem then I don't take anything special and just get up and try again a little later.

I ha(ve)d a snoring problem. I recently started snoring as soon as I started drifting off and it would wake me up. I'm doing tongue and throat exercises and propped up the head of the bed a little. There's still a little problem when I'm on my right side.

It would be nice to get a handle on this so I have a little more control over my life. I don't like getting up so late.
