Hi! I'm new here, I just found this site, but I have CRPS in my left ankle that has since spread to my whole leg and for me a portable TENS unit is an absolute miracle worker. My pain management doc was able to prescribe it, and I love it so, so much!

I had TENS. My God. I could not hack the vibrations, but did have it in physical therapy (the monster TENS machine of all TENS machines) for 8 months, without any success, on the contrary, my upper leg atrophied... totally!

Hi! New here! RSD for 17+ years.
This may not be the right thread for this, but I really need some lifesaving ideas for nail care 💅 pedicure solutions. I haven't been able to get a pedi in forever...sigh. I'm lucky to get thru the basics of nail care on my feet. I've decided I'll be DARNED If I'm gonna completely give up on at least having **twinkly** toes! Any "tips" lol on nail care or pedicure would be more than appreciated! Thanks, ya'll! Merry Christmas! 🎄 |
