hello
i am wondering if anyone has had experience with or knows about the effectiveness of frequency specific microcurrent in the treatment of CRPS/RSD. Also, there is a device called "The Rebuilder", which works along the same principles as frequency specific microcurrent. I wonder if anyone has had experience in using it and what its effectiveness is. thankyou rosanna |

There are some posts on Peripheral Neuropathy here about
the Rebuilder... Go there and put Rebuilder into the search box. Some liked it and some found it useless. The Rebuilder uses a magnesium salts water bath, and I sort of think this is the major action of it. I looked at the FSM website and there are very specific frequencies she uses for specific things. I don't think the Rebuilder has that function. I also saw the equipment used in a photo, and it had alot of dials for adjustments etc. I think the electrical angle is interesting. I had a severe tendon injury(with really severe pain) a few years ago in my left thigh/groin, and IFc and ultrasound were amazingly effective for it. I went to PT for 3 months for it.

Hi
I know only a little about frequency specific microcurrent as our acupuncture/biofeedback physician used it for my son when he was in agonizing pain from his Crohn's Disease and it did provide some relief. I have no idea of its effectiveness for RSD tho
