Tongue Causalgia and wounds

Hi,
I have Causalgia in my foot and ankle and have now been diagnosed with a wound called pyoderma gangrenosum. This is wreaking havoc with the causalgia. Has anyone else heard of this or had it? Can you offer any advice? I also have RSD in my right hand/wrist. Yes, I have been diagnosed by two different doctors with types 1 and 2 CRPS.
