Sorry, your having a bad day. I know how you must feel. I have full body RSD/CRPS and some days I want to scream at the top of my lungs because of the pain.
In the middle of the night when my pain wants to keep me awake. I turn on some peaceful music that I like. I sit in the rocking chair with a bottle of water. I close my eyes and take deep deep breaths of fresh air through my nose then I release it slowly through my mouth. Visualize all the darkness of pain when you breath in and butterflies carrying your pain away as you breath out. I know it sounds silly but it works for me and I hope it will calm you down. I burn very bad all over the more water I drink the more it helps.
I hope your doctor will be able to help and you will be able to get out to the pharmacy.
Try to do something to keep your mind off the pain so you don't get too anxious the anxiety will only make you feel worse. Try to find something funny on TV or something to read or call a friend that always makes you feel good. One other thing that has always worked for me is my prayer to God to cover me with his peace of mind that passes all understanding.
Take care,
Sherrie
