Default Botox Anyone

I am thinking of asking my PM doc to try botox for my left butt/hamstring area. It is so tight and nothing seems to help it, Has anyone had success with botox and do you know the cost - I dont think my insurance will cover it

Botox was never suggested to me. I am taking tetrazepam for muscle cramps, though. It also puts me right to sleep.

Work related (car) accident September 21, 1995, consequences:
- chondromalacia patellae both knees
- RSD both legs (late diagnosis, almost 3 years into RSD) & spread to arms/hands as of 2008

Not quite. Same family, I guess, but this particular one (tetrazepam) is prescribed for muscle spasms.
