I can't answer that, but am thinking it may have been a lobotomy.

(sorry, I'm just flared up after watching the last one of her "I'm Free from RSD and those awful drugs" tour promotions)
Grrr.

Angry

like the rest of you .. when i hear her name and RSD i really wish that i could just smack her a bunch of times. do i think that she has ever had RSD no.. i mean for god sakes less then a month ago she said she has never been drunk or taken pain meds. ok we all knew then what we know now she lies. but what Karen says she makes everyone that has RSD like that we are all drug addicted pyschos.. i and a couple others have written to the editors of night line and tried to let them know that the REAL people that have this are upset that paula abdul has been put out there to represent our disease.

i just amazes me as what lenghts that she will go to get attention .. im done now its just so frustrating

More than once, I've felt that her publicists misuse RSD at will to try and get her out of this glitch in public image she's apparently in.

Mad OMG...Paula admitts drug abuse...

Tonight on the news, it was announced that Paula A. admitted that she was a prescription drug addict, and kicked the habit 11/08

Will she ever stop this deceptive behavior?

I have seen her in questionable behavior on American Idol in 2009..stop the world, and come clean Paula

I guess my problem in general with some shows that are about people with struggles or conditions that often they make the treatment and life seem more simple then it is. Often they are given a medication like Neurontin and that med makes them able to live life. What I would like is to have someone who has RSD be shown going to the many doctors, trying many different medications, the treatments like scs, blocks, pumps. How we are often treated by medical professionals, the spreading, the ups and downs of like PT. It can of course show people getting to a good point cause that helps suffers like us hold to hope but also puts light to how difficult chronic pain conditions are to treat. Its not so simple to just one medication or one treatment.

My bad...but....

Keep an eye out for her. Next she will be doing an infomercial selling some product that cured her of RSD and her addiction. Probably a multilevel marketing company..she will be the queen at the top. Make a few billion.

Exercise video comes after that.

The lady needs help. Serious help.

Default Paula Abdul: No Painkillers, No Rehab

http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/watc...rss_topstories

what a mess......

the article stated paula was on a patch that was 80 times stronger than morphine. i heard she was on fentanyl patches. i think it might be 8 times stronger(2-100mcg/h patches), not 80 times. am i wrong?

Default Paula

The article about her "RSD" was in my local paper. It said she had 15 surgerys to correct the condition...We all know what 15 surgeries would do to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry because people will think we can be cured by surgery which is ironic and moronic.....What can we do to have this corrected??????
