Hi Kimmie! I hope you get to feeling better soon. From what I've read from others R.S.D. is a very painful condition. I'm sorry you're having to deal with that. If your doctor feels that tubes in your ear will help I'd try it.

Hope things improve for you soon!

Does it effect your eyesight or make the one eyelid droop? I read about CRPS doing this and know my pain doc has been concerned at times about one side of my face being droopy (but not swelling). Not a symptom that you can afford to disregard as I understand it.

I hope your doc will keep giving you those shots if they are working...

Kimmie,
I'm sad to hear about your swelling.

My face swells, but not like yours. I just have a fat face in the morning, esp. all over.
(Polish kid, I had chipmunk cheeks all my life, Old man now, I never swell in the correct place it seems.)
this is different though. Not really painful, once I get moving it goes away (a little).

My feet especially swell, and sometimes my hands.

Feel Better!

Pete
