You'll be all right. You did it one time, you can do it a second time!!!

Heart insomnia rears its ugly head...

Hello All,

It is 3:18 AM, and I sit alone in the family room, attempting to get to bed before the sun rises, today. My legs are on fire, and I feel like I need to cough and get this frog and/or hairball, out of my throat.

I just turned on a soft light, and I see that I am not alone; Sassy, the family dog, is curled up in a ball on the love seat next to me,LOL! My sis had told me that Sassy is "pica-poo"..so cute, when hubby and I got here last Sat.night.

I just took a Neurontin, Lortab, and a Xanex..to calm down my RSD pain and anxiety symptoms. I am so tired and still can't sleep.

I will try lights out,again,
Dew

Dew,
I have the same "symptoms" last nite...

I guess I could feel ya.
I was 'badboy" yesterday (Monday), I slept, all day!
W/O my cpap machine....
grrrrr.
I must've needed it.
I was "down" all last week too.
Too much pressure.

I'm so happy I got to speak to my step mom, in FLA.
She's like 90 something, and has cancer.
She refuses any Chemo.
Her drug of choice?
GOD!
That's right, all she'll do is pray, and ask for prayers.
She brings me to tears.

What a "Lucky Man" I am, to have Two Mom's!
My Mom died when I was 15, of Cancer.
My "sign" is Cancer...
It seems to follow me...

DEW,
You are a Great Spirit!

Love to you!
