Heart Update on Dew in Arizona

Hello All,

We are enjoying our stay here in AZ. It is hot here,LOL! The pool is great for me and my pt. So beautiful, this new landscape.

UPDATE ON MY SISTER:

My sister and all the family still waiting on biopsy results..should be this week. Sis also has to have a colonostomy, to see if cancer is in the colon. Currently, the pancreas and spleen are the areas that docs have pin-pointed as cancer zones. The docs told sis that it is manageable, as it has not spread into the lymph glands

So, hubby and I are here..and we have to leave no later than the 15th of May. The colonostomy exam is set for 5/14
We just found out today..what can u do???

We will be here with sis through that exam, but the next morning,5/15,(early-early), we are on the road back home to Oklahoma. I have to be in WC court on 5/19 to fight for TTD back pay since 1/09.

I have finally received the mileage $$$ that WC put off paying me for 5 months..prob because they didn't want judge to see that they have not paid mileage but paid for the pt. Makes them look negligent..which they are in so many ways!

On 5/26, I see my PM doc, and he will place me on MMI;set up a med/home pt maintenance program. PM doc is suppose to up my Opana ER,also.

Once that is all taken care of, I am free to fly back to AZ and assist my sis and family once the surgery date is set. Hubby has his own business that he must take care of, as well as 3 cats and a dog..a home to oversee. Our son is missing us,too

I am hopeful that the surgery will be after 5/26/09. We were expecting the surgery to take place while we are here;however, things changed once they found spots on sis's spleen. If it isn't one thing, it is another

My sis and I are having fun..as well as hubby and her entire family. My sis is a terrific cook, and will not let others do what she does on a daily basis. She told me that as long as she feels ok..she WILL con't to DO her daily routine.

I hope all is well with each of you. Dew
