Daniella, NOT to disagree. Because everything that you say, is TRUE! But, we've got to show these "new folks" a "positive way", don't you think? A University Hospital, in a city, as near as possible, and, I understand that can be a few hours away. (How well do you want to get?) Check them out, online.Call the Cheif of Neurology. If S/He can't or won't handle RSD, perhaps someone in his "underlings" will..... (not a great choice, huh?) Keep LOOKING! Find a CONeorology! Fine one who knows RSD, and will take you in, and Bam. There you go! You're on your way! It may take many steps. for him/her to pass you down the line to PM doctors, etc. But, DO IT! FOLLOW THROUGH! There is no "magic wand" for RSD! You must make the effort! (and, this is what the docs now depend on, if you hurt enough, YOU'll find THEM!) Sorry to say, they're not looking for you! So, make the appoint ment with Dr S! Do it! (I guarantee, others will **** off, and you will get called up) Or, call doctor Knobler, in Ft. Washington. Better, IMHO. He's doing the same thing. Make the appt. And, check on it weekly!!!! Did you get that? CHECK ON IT WEEKLY!!! Can I give better advice than that? Nope. Don't buy lottery tickets. They'll just take your money. Get an appointment, and stick with it, Time, Time Time, is on Your side! (Yes it is)..... I promise. Pete Asb |
