Heart b1 benifits

Im taking vitamins to help my condtion,,i used to take b1 for my liver,,and recently just started taking it againso i did research on it and found it has alot of properties
for rsd,,,,,stress reduction,,nervous system ,appetite reguation,kidney,fatigue,weakness cardiovascular,b1 is stored mostly in the heart,,shortness of breath confusion,burning and tingling in extremities[which is a sign of low b1 deficcency ] it also helps restore immune system booster, helps ward off dementia which leads to alzemimers and reverses this too,,helps reduce heart disease and more,,,i know its nothing knew nor a miracle drug,,but if it helps us with one symptom,,,im on board,,,the link i read vitamins.ultimatefatburner.com/vitamin-b1thiamin.html i hope i got it right,,,if not just google the benifits of b1 .
