Default suboxone

Anyone taken suboxone as a pain reliever/to get off other narcs? My docs are saying I have to do that and go through detox inpatient in order to go to this pain clinic. I asked if I could take my baclofen (for spasms) with it and the director of the pain clinic said no.
I just finally found a drug regiment that worked well for me with my daily narcs and then a rescue med if I need it for flair-ups. They said I wouldn't be able to take anything for flair-ups if I went on suboxone. I am scared about that....it gives me anxiety just thinking that I will have to just tough it out.
If anyone has any info on that please let me know!!!!
thanks
Jennelle

Heart

I haven't taken that med before. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. It sounds like an experience that is made to totally detox your body..but then what is the plan?

I did some research on the drug, here is a site that may assist you:

Jennelle, I concur with Dew, what is the pain clinic's plan for you. What kind of pain clinic is it? Out of curiosity, how long have you had RSD and taken opiates for pain?
