Here is an update about what is going on. I had an FCE done to determine my work status. I can only do light duty nothing more than 10lbs of lifting. I had an EMG done. The neurologist that did it said I have minor carpal tunnel along with RSD. But he said that the RSD has spread already 1/2 way up my forearm. But that is the 3rd doctor now to tell me I have RSD/CRPS since the time of my injury. My next doctor's appointment is in Thursday so have to see what the doctor says. But the therapist who did the FCE says I will have to go thru psychological therapy and vocational rehabilitation. Well anyway, I have to get going. Still have to check email at library. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July.

Thanks for the update. Make sure you stay within your restrictions so you don't hurt yourself any further or make the RSD mad. Good luck with your appointments, I hope they go well.

Hi. I am sorry and I hope you get more direction on Thurs. Are they going to have you see a pain doctor too? That way you can have treatment like meds or blocks if needed? Take care

It was the pain managment doctor who sent me to the neurologist. He only prescribed me lyrica. I told him I don't want to be heavy medicated and he understood with me having 2 children.
