Hi Tracey,
I took Ambien CR for quite a while. The Cr is different from regular Ambien. It means time release. It's made in layers and the 2nd half releases after 4 hours, and gives you a more continued sleep. Hope you are doing well Take care of yourself, loretta

Hey all,
I just need some opinions on one of my meds. I switched from walgreens to my drug store Scott Drug because my ambien was cheaper, I do use the generic form. From walgreens I was getting a tiny round white pill and at scott's I am getting an oblong pill. the pharmacist said that it would be ok because it is the same med. I come home and looked it up in my PDR book for prescription meds and looked at the colored pictures of the ambien. I am on 10mgs. I found that the one Scott's is giving me is what is in the book but the one from walgreens is not in the book. Is this something I should be concerned about or am i just overreacting? Please help. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Tracy:eek:

Hi Tracy, I just wanted to let you know that I get my ambien from a walgreens store too. It is 10mg, round white pill, and it is generic form. So as far as them I do not believe you need to be worried about what you were taking. Lisa
