Default Pain in the rain

Yesterday I felt OK when I first got up. Then around noon it started to rain and I had a really bad flare up that lasted the rest of the day-evening-and nite. I tried EVERYTHING that I have heard about to ease the symptoms but nothing worked. I have a S C S as well.I am better this morning, but was wonderin if anyone has any new "tricks" up their sleeve to pass on. Thanks to all for listening!!

Bad weather is a nightmare for me also, I can totally relate. We've had one northeaster after another in southern NE this year and its been truly awful. Cold wet windy rainy days really are the pits.

If I knew how to make it better I would be feeling better myself. I am looking forward to seeing what other folks have to recommend, too.

One thing I'm trying to do starting this week is to take it easy and do less than what I've always managed to do in the past, to see if that helps. Maybe rest more in between my gardening and house work, for instance.

Take care and know that you are not alone in your misery! I hope your weather improves soon,

Sandy

Rain is my worst enemy. I can feel it coming days before and i hurt all over. Even the pain meds don't work. Here in the norteast the rain has not stoped. Even the smallest rain shower will put me down. We had a bad storm last nite and all i could do is lay in bed and cry. Right now the sky is getting dark and i know its coming. My husband calls me the weatherman. Hope all is well with everyone.
