Default sorry i have been absent.

i just wanted to let everyone know the reason that i have been gone. i have been having a very horrible time with my RSD as of late dec 08 and this summer has been very ruff on me to say the least. they are goin to be addin new med to my pump on the 6th to see if they can try and bring down the pain levels. as it has just gotten way out of control. please know that i have been coming and reading alot. just not in that friendly mood lately. as most of you know how the pain causes us to be not the best socially sometimes. please know that i miss ya all. and hope that i can get to feeling better soon

miss you all tons

carrie

Sending thoughts and I am so sorry you are going through such a ruff time. I hope the new med gives you relief. If you want I am always here and you can pm any time. You don't have to be in the friendliest mood with me. Sometimes it just helps to vent or have an outlet. Many better thoughts

Hi sweetie,
It is time for us to chat again! I have missed you. I am so sorry you are going through a rough time. I do understand about pulling back when one is in pain.
As you know, I withdraw too. But, I miss you and I love Ya Much!
Talk to you soon.

I'm sorry your having such a rough time. When the pain is bad the pulling back is best. I hope the meds work and you start feeling better soon.
Take care,
Sherrie

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well and that your pain is so high lately, Carrie! I hope you can find something that will help you soon and you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have been in a bad flare lately also so haven't been on the forum or posting much. I think we all need to withdraw a little at one time or another when our pain levels are too much. Just know that we all care about you and are here for you always! Sending many pain-free hugs your way!

So sorry Carrie - that's a long flare. I really hope you feel better soon.

I'm out of commission also, I've been horribly sick since just after the 4th of July holiday. I just started using 50 mcg Fentanyl patches yesterday, but I still need percocet and methadone because my pain is so awful

Hopefully I'll be back with you all soon... I miss you.

Carrie, and the rest of you, take care. Sandy

I'm the same, Carrie, I totally understand....
My pain is over the top.

Now, today I got some dental xrays, and I have a tooth infection, so, several days of antibiotics, and Monday, the little bestird comes out! More Fun!
What my dentist said was true, the antibiotics would make the pain WORSE, before it got better......
I cannot argue!
It's going up to my head, and back down into my neck. A Migraine "trigger" toothache.
La la la, la la la la la!

I'd give a call, if I could stand to talk!
Agh!

It seems it's going right through my entire TOS!

Don't it seem, that it only takes a little "shove", "push" or "kick", to get us off of our little "sturdiness" that we call "life"?

A Friend was over tonight, and I spent quite a while, apologizing, that I was sorry that I felt crappy. I didn't mean to take it out on anyone, especially a friend!
(Of course, I ordered in from a new place and it was terrible).
Should have stayed with the tried and true.
I walked to my butcher shop today, in the rain, and they were closed! AGH! Because of an electrical problem!
Oh well. Came home soaked.
That felt great!

Fun day over all though, after it was over, I realized, how OLD I am.
Today is my 30th marriage anniversary to my first wife.

Oh My.

That IS, at least behind me.....

Be well ya'll,
and,
Carrie,
Stick Around!
You make it more fun!

Pete
