A sticky thread has to be started by a moderator according to the FAQ on general usage. Reaching out to one would do the trick. BB - did you mean success stories as in full or partial remissions or small victories which is what Whiteaa started?

We don't mind members starting threads and having a request for it to be made sticky if others agree and find it helpful. Only mods can stick the thread though.
