Default Arnica

A couple of months ago a friend gave me some Arnica gel. She had been using it following a surgery on her face and it is typically used for bruising and swelling, it did help her to recover much quicker and she looked much better than I expected she would. I thought what the heck I have nothing to loose, my foot was burning like crazy because I'm so stressed right now. It really seems to help calm down all the RSD symptoms especially my sensitivity and burning so I'm using it regularly. I now keep a tube in my purse and when I was travelling last month and it was a real life saver especially when I was on my feet longer than usual.

I'm considering taking the homeopathic preparations. Has anyone here tried Arnica internally?
