Hi,

When you used the description of "knots" it reminded me of when I had a lot of scar tissue after my elbow surgery. that's exactly how I would have descripted it. Are you resently coming off a surgery and does it effect you range of motion in that area? This is only a clue but "knots" really reminded me of to much scar tissue. What they did to relieve that situation was called a contracture release, which is removing of all the scar tissue. I had to have it done 2 times because the first surgeon did not do the job properly. From what I have heard it is a very specialist procedure and takes a surgeon who really knows what he/she is doing. The second time was a complete success and gave me the use of my arm back and much pain relieve.

Good Luck,

Gabbycakes

QUOTE=CRPSbe;549486]Both my legs including both feet are affected. Yes my toes are very weird in that it almost feels like there are fragments in them preventing me to bend them, and my toes do bend in a very odd way, they don't bend normally and practically don't bend, plus there's tremor in my feet. Esp. my left toe is pretty strange. Both toes and feet are quite weak.[/QUOTE]
