Hi there !
I too am moving to Florida in Oct. of this year.. I have my SSI hearing on Sept. 18th ( looonnnggg story ) and after that no matter what the outcome I am on my way to Florida ! I have been going to the Sarasota ( Englewood ) area for about 6 years now and everytime I go I feel SO much better ! I agree that I hurt when it rains or when the barametric pressure drops but for the most part I feel much better than here in Mass. !!

If there is anyone who can help my with the names of Doctor's that would be great ! And as far as moving there I think you are much better off.. that's just me but I can tell you that I think I do much better there !!

Hi to everyone and I hope everyone is having a pain- free weekend I know I am NOT !!!! Good luck to you and let me know when and where you move to I would love to get together with some of the South Floridians some time !

Hugs,
Dolfinz

I'm also considering moving to Florida, I've wanted to for most of my life. Now with RSD, after going back there a few months ago, I felt better as well.

We need to find what works for us & pray someday there will be cure for RSD...I wish you all a good day..

If you have a choice keep in mind that one of the best RSD docs in the country is in Tampa. Dr. Kirkpatrick. He is one that does ketamine infusions. That could be a nice thing to be close to him.
