Hi,
I'm new and in a whole lot of pain. For the past two years I've had chronic tenosynovitis just about everywhere. Started at the bottom of my feet, just under the big toe joint, then spread to my ankles, shins, knees, inner thighs, hips. Lately it spread to my hands, fingers and shoulders (maybe even between my ribs). I've seen countless doctors and had countless tests. My blood tests don't show inflammation. Tests for rheumatologic diseases where also normal. EMG, head CT, spinal MRI - normal. I was treated with NSAIDs and for a while they helped manage some of the pain. Lately they seem to be making things worse, but doctors just keep prescribing them just because they're clueless what else to do. FYI, I'm also taking Mirtazapine, Pregabalin (Lyrica) and Progesterone - for the management of endometriosis. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear. |
