Book Not a Link but a Book....

I have checked out MANY MANY books from the library and I really like Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other Repetitive Strain Injuries by Sharon Butler.
It breaks down everything in easy terms: the problem area/ appropriate stretches, occupation/ what kind of exercises you should do in order to ward off injuries, and most importantly: how it should feel when you are doing these stretches and exercises.

A++

The book you like is listed on this website (also on post above)
http://www.selfcare4rsi.com/

I think the selfcare program for TOS is excellent. Well worth the money! And there are other programs for many other RSI injuries.
