That's what I did when Jim was having trouble getting the care he needed. They are a God send in times of getting through red tape. Jim still has PTSS from that hospital stay but everything was changed at the hospital because of what happened to Jim thanks to the PVA getting involved.
PS: I did threaten to bop some little on call doctor once. Teehee!
