No new news, still in a limbo here. Majority leaning toward just being a father he gets half although he wanted no part of the suit. The other is that there was the abadonment issue, and loss of those rights.

He is not moving from half. I am to pay all the legal fees and cost, he wants half.
Absolutly no negotiation. Either it goes to court for a probate court to decide or I give him half.

Still the issue he did not administer the estate of his father to our children. He is still concealing that Will, he does not know I have a copy from the probate.
Difficult to dress, make meals, I sit and watch the email for an update, or the phone to ring with hopeful news.

I hide it from everyone here,
Keep praying for closure and strength.
