I'm going through a difficult time with anxiety that has increased. It's creating pains in my body at times,and I can't thing out,or reason with the issues that I'm worried about. I feel scared,and out of it. BF

Call a friend to help you out there at home if that's possible just to keep you company until you're feeling stronger. If that's not possible then keep posting here.

Please do talk to your doctor or a trusted person about how you're feeling.

Hi there Brokenfriend my thoughts are with you, i know how you are feeling, anxiety can do awful things to you and you think you may have more wrong with you. I had amajor anxiety spell last year and it affected my breathing i thought i had lung cancer as i was finding it hard to breathe, when the anxiety passed my breathing returned to normal, i hope you have some good friends, friends lift your wings when you forget how to fly, im lucky in that i have some brill friends, keep posting and hope we can help you through.
