Adding my prayers as well Darlene.

There's a risk of hemmorhage from the arterial puncture site after an angiogram so he will need to lie for about 4 hours after the procedure. He will then be able to sit up but I doubt he'll be permitted to get out of bed/walk until the next day. If you think you might have trouble getting him to lie still if he goes home afterwards, he may be better staying in hospital until the doctor is happy for him to be on his feet again. It's just a safety precaution but an important one.

I hope it all goes smoothly for him.

Heart Thank you!!

Thank you for the kindness you have shown. The procedure went just fine. His arteries a large so he was good to go. We were concern because on his father's side of the family they all started with heart attacks around his age now. They did send him home with a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours. For some reason his heart beat is skipping at times. Thank you again for the prayers.

Thankyou for the update, Darlene.

That's really good news. Was worried.

Will be thinking of you both.
