Trig I'm very upset.
I'm so depressed,frightened,and now I feel sick in the stomach. I heard something on the news that scared me,and made it worse yesterday. I have other problems that have accumulated. Please pray for me.

Praying for peace and comfort for you. I rarely watch the news anymore. Too much sensationalism and speculation and not enough facts. Maybe take a break from watching television. That helps me sometimes to focus my energy on other things. I hope you get some rest and feel better soon.

I read a LOT. Romance novels by Nora Roberts mostly Its fluff and her writing makes my laugh out loud. I'm on 3 months now and its the best escape for me. Bass fishing also helped a lot when I had access to it.
