I don't know.

Without knowing how or why I have always "known" when something wasn't right. My husband has even asked how I knew something and I have always said, I don't know how I know, I just do.

I am doing okay, Lara
i would like to say i didn't fit the definition of "EMPATH"
the fact is i do
i also would like to share
when i am near water
may it be at the kitchen sink
at the pool, ocean, rainy day and the most powerful times
i have my best thoughts and conversations
on a spiritual level
and there are times i do not verbalize my thoughts
when it is a negative vibe
my family picked up on it
i make no big deal about it
there have been dreams i have had
and in real life stories like my dreams
come to life
i don't question it
it is just there
thanks
me
