Default Please pray for my daughter
Please pray for my teenage daughter who has struggled with severe depression and suicidal ideations. She is living in a group home after many admissions to mental health hospitals, and she is telling me she wants to "end it all" tonight.

She has also said she no longer believes in God, but I just think she's upset. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers in advance, as my heart is heavy and I feel only God's love can heal her.

I'm so sorry. There are many Psalm that speak to people who feel this bad. I will . In the book of Isaiah chapters 40 through 66 have much encouragement also. I have many verses marked that I go back to. BF

Dealing with severe depression, along with suicidal tendencies is difficult for everyone involved.

So very sad and I'm so sorry. This is bad at any age but I especially feel bad when it's a child/teenager.

I will pray for you and your daughter. Hope the Good Lord raises her up in his light and shows her the love.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. My daughter made it through last night in the home because of caring staff and your prayers. I am hopeful she can turn a corner and see her worth and how she is loved.

I've had my issues raising my daughter as has my good longtime friend. We hang in and support them with their thinkings. They are developing their beliefs and everyone has their beliefs sooner or later. My daughter is raising two children on her own and doing a good job but she's been thru a lot. There were times in our journey that I did talk therapy with the mother/daughter topic. Personally, I changed my mind about many issues during my life. I sent you a PM.
