Please pray for me. There are so many things that I'm concerned about. My heart is very heavy with all of these problems. BF

Things can certainly seem overwhelming. It's a bad feeling when we feel like thing are out of control in our life. I've been there.....still have that feeling at times.

You are in my prayers, Brokenfriend. I wish I had some magic words to say that would lift the blanket of concern that I know you must be feeling.

When I am feeling overwhelmed by life's circumstances I try to just quiet my environment.....turn off all the noise makers (the TV, radio, phone) and just meditate in the silence. It really does help me relax.

There are some things that we just have to adapt to. Some things that we can change. Some things that we can pray about and ask for guidance. I think many of the situations I have had to go through have taught me patience. And faith.

I am praying for you, Brokenfriend, and hope that knowing that many of us are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers helps to lighten the load of worry that I know you must be feeling. I know simple words can only do so much to help but I hope you know that there are many people praying for you.
