I've been where you are and it is real and it is disabling. If you are healthy, please find a soup kitchen in your area and volunteer. The best way to treat episodes of depression is to get out of your head and into the service of others. Don't know where you live; but you could get involved in helping hurricane survivors of Florence. Get yourself around other people.
