Lightbulb Hold Fast!

To everyone who's hurting

To those who've had enough

To all the undeserving

That should cover all of us

Please do not let go
I promise there is hope

Hold fast
Help is on the way
Hold fast
He's come to save the day

What I've learned in my life
Is one thing greater than my strife
Is His grasp
So hold fast

Will this season ever pass?
Can we stop this ride?

Will we see the sun at last?
Or could this be our lot in life?

Please do not let go
I promise you there's hope

Hold fast
Help is on the way
Hold fast
He's come to save the day

What I've learned in my life
Is one thing greater than my strife
Is His grasp
So hold fast

You may think you're all alone
And there's no way that anyone could know
What you're going through

But if you only hear one thing
Just understand that we are all the same
Searching for the truth
The truth of what we're soon to face
Unless someone comes to take our place

Is there anyone?
All we want is to be free
Free from our captivity Lord

Here He comes

Hold fast
Help is on the way
Hold fast
He's come to save the day

What I've learned in my life
Is one thing greater than my strife
Is His grasp
So hold fast

Chemar

I just read this today. I wish I'd found it earlier this week. But it really doesn't matter. Because it will come in handy many times now down the
road when I get discouraged on my long road to recovery.

Thank you for this very special set of words.

It really helps. I've been reading in this forum since KimmyDawn's updates
on the new Grandson dilemna. But I will be returning, because its a place
I'm finding I really enjoy.

I have not been able to handle going to church this last few months because
of my health, but that is getting ready to change thanks to my physical
therapy.

I finally feel I can do the things I need to. So that I can sit and be part of the group again. I know I've been in their prayers they have let me know.

Lightbulb

Hi Donna and Sue (and everyone who left a thanks too )

If you havent ever heard MercyMe sing that I soooo recommend it...not only powerful lyrics but the music moves ya too!

I cant begin to tell you how often in these last traumatic weeks for me and my family I have heard that song and just been so encouraged and strengthened.
