My friend is pregnant and asked me quite a while ago if I would coach her in the delivery room. Her babys Daddy may not be able to hack the blood apparantly. I coached my DIL when my grandaughter was born in Jan 07 so I guess I am fresh! She was not due untill Sept. 1 but today she was at the docs complaining abour pain and "poof"
 she is 3 cm dilated!!! I have been asked to cut the umbillical cord! Right now it is after 11 pm here! Hubby has to have the car in the AM for work. I was kinda hoping we could get going and be back by midnight but it does not look like that will happen! I hope that I get at least a few hours of sleep before she calls. I am excited....it is the 2nd baby that I will have seen born other than my own kids!!COOL!! Pray for her and Baby boy (LEANNE and BRICE) that they do well in and after delivery....PLEASE AND THANKYOU.............PS I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL OF YOUR PRAYERS FOR ME IN THE PAST....THEY DO WORK!!!

Still no baby....I did not sleep well last night....kept checking the phone to be sure the ringer was on and that I did not miss a call from my friend. Today her belly is so low and she was getting intense labour pains every couple hours. Tonight we decided to go to the hospital to get her checked out....3 cms dilated still
 We were all ready for a baby. At this point her contractions are 30 minutes apart and intense.....I am tired so I am going to get some zzzz,s. Keep you posted........thank you sincerely for the prayers!!

Hang in there Dorrie.
I think Alffe is gettin' a little tired of waiting, so she's starting a fight with Doody and telling HER to s**t or get off the pot. I tried to spank her, but YOU know how Alffe can be sometimes.
