Default Sally's Surgery Tomorrow

You will probably remember when I asked you to pray for Sally regarding her ear surgery. It is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. It is a Mastoid Middle Ear Surgery to remove a Cholesteatoma that has started to grow back.

Please pray that she has a flawless surgery with no complications.

Thanks,

Judy

Thank you so much for praying. I felt that this time there was such an intercession involved for her and it was very much needed.

The bad news was that the Cholesteatoma was about three times bigger than they thought and had caused the tiny bones in her ear to disintegrate. We think she was pretty much deaf in that ear anyway. There is a possibility that some time in the future they can replace one of the bones and try to restore part of her hearing, but not worried about that now.

She had a six hour surgery including some reconstruction so that if the thing every tries to grow back again, at least the doctor can see it.

The good news is that she came through it with no complications, no facial nerve damage. She has been eating rice and is now asking for ice cream! That's my girl!

She is recovering nicely.

Again I appreciate your wonderful prayers and support as we did feel those prayers, as we know that God was and is with her.

Love to you all,
Judy
